For the first time ever, Ukraine hosted the European Defense Tech Hackathon, bringing global innovators to Lviv to tackle real battlefield problems — side by side with those fighting to defend freedom.
Over 260 hackers and guests from across Europe and the world joined us for four days of immersive collaboration, workshops, and challenge-solving — many visiting Ukraine for the first time. There is nothing more valuable than connecting those who need solutions with those who can build them. When end users — soldiers, EW operators, drone pilots— collaborate directly with engineers, founders, and scientists, the result isn’t just innovation. It’s relevance, speed, and impact.
